Your affiliates matter the most

Duplication is the key to succeed in this business. I have come across quite a few sponsors who sponsor affiliates and them leave them groping in the dark. There is no point in sponsoring affiliates if you do not support them and help them when they need you.

Now don’t get me wrong. This does not mean spoon-feeding your affiliates. But what is means is..respond to them, talk to them, communicate with them, answer their queries, motivate them, give a pat on their back when they do good work…in other words, build strong relationships with your affiliates.

As the rule goes: Only if THEY succeed, do YOU succeed.

So here are a few things you can do to tell your affiliates that ‘you are there for them’:

      1.       Set up a greeting for your affiliates (PSA and CSA) from your Account area

      2.       Stay in touch with your affiliates by sending them PSA mailer and CSA mailer minimum once every week. Weekly mailers are effective tools to build relationships with your affiliates. Use these mailers to share ideas, provide training, recommend business tools or may be a new video with interesting facts..it can be anything. If you think you just do not have anything to talk to your affiliates about, that’s ok. You can still email them and talk about your favourite movie or anything new or interesting that has happened over the week.

So keep sponsoring and keep communicating! Nothing will stop you in succeeding in this business!

Have you ever wondered what it is that takes to be a true leader? Ability to think differently and Passion to excel! Yes, these are the two lubricants that will take any leader to reach new heights.

1. Stay focused: Never ever lose focus! In internet marketing, as in any other business, there are moments of failures. Do not let these failures rule you. Live your dream every moment! Be passionate about your dream! Failures are in fact the stepping stones to success. To turn these failures into success, take the lesson and set your goals. Strategize to achieve them. 

2. Take action: Every day, take some action to reach your goals. Others are indeed watching you. But do not be bothered about that. Do not do something because others are watching you. Follow your own instincts. Be your own master. Do something because you want it to do! 

One of the actions you should be taking daily is to advertise and grow your team.

3. Keep sponsoring and grow your team: Building a downline is important because you need a team to grow your business. 

4. Pick up 3-5 hard-working individuals from the team and work with them! 

This is the most important step. In a team, we need active, hard-working, smart affiliates. Not all in a team work the same way. It is important to filter out the active affiliates and to work with them. This will not only motivate them but help you grow the team faster. Spend majority of your time working with these active affiliates. Support them closely, share your ideas and strategies with them and train them to do the things you do so that you are creating duplication and maximum leverage.

Tip: You can easily locate these people by checking your "My Movers" list on your SFI Homepage daily.

Here’s a wonderful example:

Just like in a deck of playing cards, you know there are four aces. If you start working your way through the deck, the first ace may not come up for a while, but eventually it will so long as you keep going through the deck. And if you don't quit, you'll eventually locate FOUR aces. It's the very same principle with SFI; the aces are there!

Yes..get ahead with your active affiliates.

But…

This does not mean that you should ignore the not-so-active affiliates. No. This is not so. Keep communicating with them. Give them the information on the benefits they will get once they become active. Personally, I like to be positive and believe that someday, few of them will turn active and stronger!

Do not waste your TCredits!

When I first joined SFI, I never understood the value of these TCredits. If my sponsor rewarded me with some of her TCredits, I would be happy to pile them up in my account. It was only about a couple of months back that I really got to know the value of these TCredits.

When you join SFI, you get TripleClicks as your own store with more than 100,000 products and services from more than 160 countries around the globe! TCredits are one of the currencies used in TripleClicks.

These are some of the ways you can use your TCredits:

1. Participate and bid in the Pricebender auctions. You can buy laptop or iPad for $2 or less and save more than 90% of the price!
Each bid costs 1 TCredit and the price goes up by only 1 cent. You get back 1 Action VP for each bid you participate & also get 5 MRP or even 10 MRP if it’s a Double MRP auction. I purchase a pack of minimum 100 TCs every month for bidding (I am also awarded 1200 VP for the purchase). I use some of them for bidding in auctions and others for purchasing new items from the TripleClicks store and entering contests. If you use all your 100 TCs for bidding in PB auctions, then you get back 100 Action VPs. If you participate in Double MRP auctions you get 1000 MRPs by which you can again purchase 8 TCs & get 800 VersaPoints.

2. Purchase new items from TripleClicks store
I always use TCs to purchase from TripleClicks store. “Advertising” products under “Business” are my favourites because I find they can be quite effective in promoting and building the SFI business. I check out for new items under Advertising and look for the TC price. If that is within my monthly budget, I go ahead and make the purchase. I go for digital purchases which takes care of my free shipping. All my TripleClicks purchases in a month are completed by the 14th because after 15 days, we are asked for product review where for each review, I am awarded 25 Action VP (except for e-book purchases).

3. List your products for selling at TripleClicks
Each listing costs 1 TCredit. I have hunted my house and have not found any product worth listing but if you want to sell out your old stuff, this is definitely a place which can help you.

4. TCredits can be used to enter TripleClicks contests
Guess in the winning bid and click on “Pick The Price”. Submit your amount you think will be the winning price of the item. You can enter each time a new auction is started, so you'll have multiple chances to win each day. If no one predicts the exact final price, the person who is closest without going over wins 25 FREE TCredits. In the event of a tie, the person who posted the winning prediction first will receive either the 100 or 25 FREE TCredits prize, whichever is applicable.

A Leader Leads By Example

If you want your affiliates to do what you want them to do, then you must first of all, do them yourself. Your affiliates will follow you. 

Duplication is a vital area to be focused upon and for that, you must develop trust with your affiliates and this will only happen when you lead by example. Your affiliates will only learn what you show them. By being a strong, active sponsor, you are just showing your affiliates to become strong and active sponsor like you!  This is equally true in the negative. A sponsor who does nothing is sending out message to his affiliates to do nothing! Sounds fair?

One good indicator of staying active at SFI is setting up Standing Order (SO). The SO tag is displayed beside your name at the SFI Affiliate Center. Do you have one? TCredits are my favourites for setting up SO. 1 TCredit costs as low as $1.99.

Daily Versapoints..Collect More VP, Earn More Money!

What is a Versapoint (VP)?

Daily Versapoints are indicators of being active in SFI. And when you are active, it is imminent that you will succeed!

VP determines your rank and level of commissions and payouts.

A VP is a unit of share of the executive pool of funds which is a pile-up of all commission values (CV’s) made from transactions at TripleClicks in a particular month. To be eligible for share though, affiliates must earn 1,500 VP’s. It is not enough to have 1,499 VP garnered in a month and expect to share from the pool that month.

The more VP above 1,500 one earns, the bigger the portion of the executive pool she/he earns. To earn more VP by month’s end SFI provides matching VP where an affiliate can match the shares of all EA2’s in their downline/team.

A VP is approximately 0.00048 US dollars in value.

..and  how do we earn these Versapoints?

To earn VersaPoints, log in at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com). Then go to your SFI Homepage.. there you will find your personalized SFI To-Do LIst. Complete the tasks as listed. Follow the instructions.

If you are new to SFI and you are in your first month, then start with GETTING STARTED ACTIONS followed by INTERMEDIATE actions  – here you are rewarded with VP which can be claimed only one.

The Green button (LAUNCHPAD) on your top right hand side as in here: https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/ can give you 450VP. You do that everyday in your first 30 days in SFI. Each day after each lesson will give you 15 VP.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly tasks are repeat actions and are to be reviewed every day..does not matter whether you are new or are at SFI for quite some time. Complete the tasks as instructed.  

Daily/Weekly/Monthly tasks:

1. Log in at the SFI Affiliate Center each day and earn 11 points daily for reviewing the tabs on your home page and for reviewing the latest TripleClicks products (see link on your To-Do List--DAILY Actions section).

2. Earn 30 points weekly for each group message sent to your team (maximum one per week, 120 points maximum).

3. Earn 3 points weekly for posting a Stream message.

4. Earn 5 points weekly for reviewing your TConnect page.

In a nutshell,

If a month has 30 days:

Daily actions = 11x30 = 330
Weekly actions = 4x30 (team mail) = 120
4x3 (Stream) = 12
4x5 (TConnect) = 20
Monthly actions = 5 (set goals before 10th) + 10 (rate your sponsor) = 15

Total: 330+120+20+12+15 = 497 VP

But if a month has 31 days or 5 weeks, you can collect some more VP:

Daily actions = 11x31 = 341
Weekly actions = 5x30 (team mail) = 150
5x3 (Stream) = 15
5x5 (TConnect) = 25
Monthly actions = 5 (set goals before 10) + 10 (rate your sponsor) = 15
Total: 341+150+25+15+15 = 546 VP

Tasks which carry UNLIMITED points:

Apart from earning daily/weekly/monthly VP, you can earn UNLIMITED points by doing other actions on the list.

1. You can earn unlimited points selling any of the over 90,000 products and services at TripleClicks.

2.  As a Team Leader, you can earn 100 to 300 points (monthly) for each personally sponsored EA2 (unlimited points).

3.  Earn 100 points for each approved/activated ECA your refer to TripleClicks (unlimited points). Learn more.

4.  Earn 500 points for earning a Payoneer MasterCard Debit Card. Learn more.
