Duplication is the key to succeed in this business.
I have come across quite a few sponsors who sponsor affiliates and them leave
them groping in the dark. There is no point in sponsoring affiliates if you do
not support them and help them when they need you.
Now don’t get me wrong. This does not mean
spoon-feeding your affiliates. But what is means is..respond to them, talk to
them, communicate with them, answer their queries, motivate them, give a pat on
their back when they do good work…in other words, build strong relationships
with your affiliates.
As the rule goes: Only if THEY succeed, do YOU
succeed.
So here are a few things you can do to tell your
affiliates that ‘you are there for them’:
1.
Set up a
greeting for your affiliates (PSA and CSA) from your Account area
2.
Stay in touch
with your affiliates by sending them PSA mailer and CSA mailer minimum once
every week. Weekly mailers are effective tools to build relationships with your
affiliates. Use these mailers to share ideas, provide training, recommend business
tools or may be a new video with interesting facts..it can be anything. If you
think you just do not have anything to talk to your affiliates about, that’s
ok. You can still email them and talk about your favourite movie or anything new
or interesting that has happened over the week.
So keep sponsoring and keep communicating! Nothing
will stop you in succeeding in this business!
